Your shoot data stays yours.

We may collect your email address, saved project content, planner entries, uploaded images, invoice details you enter, and basic technical information needed to run the app.

If you use weather and light tools, your browser may ask for location permission. Location is used to calculate weather, sunrise, sunset, wind, and magic hour information.

We use information to provide the clipboard app, save and reopen projects, sync planner data, support account access, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your shoot data, client records, mood boards, notes, or uploaded images.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand anonymised page visits, referral sources, device types, and important actions such as selecting a trial or checkout button. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and does not receive the email address entered for your Clipboard account.

A completed free-trial activation is also recorded securely against the signed-in Clipboard account so the 48-hour access period can be enforced. This account record is separate from anonymous website analytics.

The app uses trusted cloud services for hosting, anonymised website analytics, authentication, database storage, and app functionality. Payment processing is handled by Stripe when you buy Founder Access or future plans.

If you add a Stripe, PayPal, or other secure payment link to an invoice or showcase, the client completes payment with that provider. The Clipboard does not collect or store the client's card details.

AI Shoot Assist may send the prompt you type and relevant planning context to the AI service so it can produce a helpful planning response.

When you publish a Client Showcase, the selected photographs, showcase wording, studio name, contact email, and any booking or payment links you add can be viewed by anyone who has its unlisted link.

Your private shoot record, planner notes, client record, invoices, and other project pages are not included in the public showcase. You can disable the showcase when it is no longer needed.

You can edit or delete planner content inside the app. You can choose not to allow browser location permission. You can contact support to ask about account access, data export, or data deletion.
