Simple terms for using The Clipboard.

You must use a valid email address to access saved projects and cloud sync. Paid access may be tied to the email used at checkout.

You should not share account access, paid links, or login links in a way that bypasses the paid-access system.

The app provides planning tools, weather and light references, AI-assisted planning suggestions, invoice templates, and production worksheets.

These tools are provided for workflow support. You should verify important details such as weather, safety, drone rules, tax settings, client agreements, invoice amounts, and shoot logistics before relying on them.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. Founder Access is currently positioned as a limited early-access offer.

Client deposit and balance buttons open the secure payment link supplied by the photographer. The Clipboard does not process that client payment or automatically confirm that it succeeded. The photographer must verify the payment with their provider before recording it as paid.

The photographer is responsible for the payment amount, tax treatment, refund terms, client communication, and their account with the chosen payment provider.

Refunds and account changes are handled by support. Contact hello@beyondtheshoot.com with your purchase email and reason for the request.

You keep ownership of your uploaded images, notes, client records, and project information. You are responsible for having rights to upload and use any content you place inside the app.

You must have permission to publish every photograph and detail placed in a Client Showcase. Showcase links are unlisted, not access-controlled: anyone with the link can view and forward them. Do not include private client information, and disable a showcase when it is no longer needed.
