Use

Use the app for your own photography, creator, or production planning work.

Paid access

Founder Access and future paid plans unlock the app for the purchasing account email.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your client, invoice, shoot, and safety information.

Access And Accounts

You must use a valid email address to access saved projects and cloud sync. Paid access may be tied to the email used at checkout.

You should not share account access, paid links, or login links in a way that bypasses the paid-access system.

Planner, Weather, AI, And Invoice Tools

The app provides planning tools, weather and light references, AI-assisted planning suggestions, invoice templates, and production worksheets.

These tools are provided for workflow support. You should verify important details such as weather, safety, drone rules, tax settings, client agreements, invoice amounts, and shoot logistics before relying on them.

Payments And Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. Founder Access is currently positioned as a limited early-access offer.

Refunds and account changes are handled by support. Contact hello@beyondtheshoot.com with your purchase email and reason for the request.

Content And Ownership

You keep ownership of your uploaded images, notes, client records, and project information. You are responsible for having rights to upload and use any content you place inside the app.
